Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel CredX services. CredX is operated by The Malloy Group Financial LLC d/b/a CredX.

1. Three-Business-Day Right of Cancellation (CROA)

Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your dispute assistance Service Agreement without penalty or obligation until midnight of the third business day after you sign. Any fees paid during this period will be refunded in full.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel any time by any of the following methods:

• Email contact@credxme.com with the subject line "Cancel Service" and include the email address on your account.
• Mail a signed, dated written notice to: The Malloy Group Financial LLC, 1392 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10029.
• Use the cancel or support option inside your CredX client portal, if available.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Dispute assistance support plans bill monthly after work is performed. You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future monthly charges but does not refund the current billing period if work has already been performed.

4. 5-Day Masterclass

The Masterclass is a one-time educational purchase. Canceling a Masterclass purchase is handled under the Refund Policy.

5. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• Future billing stops.
• Cancellation does not waive fees already earned for services fully performed before the cancellation date.
• Your portal access may be limited to view-only or educational content, depending on your plan.
• Documents and dispute history already prepared remain available to you, subject to data-retention policies described in the Privacy Policy.
